Timeless Life lessons

1. Gardening is good for your soul.

2. Happiness is not based on external status, it is an internal state. Learn to enjoy spending time with just yourself.

3. Limit your time on social media. It's not reality,
people usually post the good stuff.

4. Be grateful for this moment, it is all there is.

5. The energy you put out is the energy you get back.

6. Life is a gift, something to cherish.

7. Be Active, Orderly, and Hardworking.

8. Share your Joy, It Gets doubled!

9. Love is the supreme expression of life, it is the essence and ground of all creation.

10.Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

~And one more for good luck...EVERYTHING CHANGES, EVERY SECOND. Take the time to appreciate...

Tea is quiet and our thirst for tea is never far from our craving for beauty.
            ~James Norwood Pratt

The inspiration for this post came from an amazing nursery called, Perennial Pleasures. For our anniversary last year my husband took me there and I simply fell in love with the place!

They serve tea and scones in this beautiful and quaint garden.

There is also a wonderful and delicious place to have dinner in town called, Claire's.
The nursery inspired me to take the time to enjoy some tea in my own garden.

Plus, a great excuse to use a vintage table cloth lent to me from a very sweet friend and fellow flea market addict ;)

At some point, tea in the garden is a must for every girl!
Try it and Enjoy...

Garden lessons

Gardening is a lesson in patience...

It also teaches you to search for fun containers!

White picket fences always can make you smile!

Any structure on your property needs a window box!

Rusty old wheels are a treasure when you find them. The search is the most exciting part!

Always take the time to sit and enjoy the beauty.

Water is always tranquil and peaceful.

You can never really have too many annuals.

Try for a garden where you can cut flowers and enjoy them inside too.

Surprises can be delightful!

And finally, Where flowers bloom so does hope. :)

Enjoy your summer!
